- POSSESSION. To take possession on behalf of the new owner of any properties which
require management services. Will check discrepancy list, if any, and take pictures when
needed.
- UTILITIES. To deal with public and private utility companies on behalf of the
owner including open and close of accounts and payment of utility bills.
- CONVEYANCE. To deal with appointed lawyers or notary public relating to the
purchase or sale of the property or any other legal matters in conjunction to it.
- TAX RETURN. To deal with appointed public accountant relating to the reporting of
income tax generated from the property or any other sources of income of the owner.
- MUNICIPALITY. To deal with any city or municipality authorities relating to
property taxes, by-laws, permits and licences.
- CONTRACTORS. To place orders with contractors or handymen relating to the up
keep, repair and maintenance of the property especially on emergency basis.
- LEASE & RENTAL. To advertise, select tenants, sign tenancy agreements,
collect rents, deposit rents and provide monthly statements.
